What are we looking for?


We are looking for a Developer with experience in ServiceNow, who enjoys working in a collaborative environment with cutting-edge technology. This opportunity is for an international project. In addition to the knowledge listed below, you must speak advanced or fluent English.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Key responsability:


  • Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including workflows, scripts, and integrations;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform;
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems;
  • Create, update, and maintain technical documentation and user guides;
  • Perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability of ServiceNow implementations;
  • Leverage UI Builder, Service Portal, and Creator Studio and App Engine Studio for rapid development and prototyping;
  • Establish best practices for ServiceNow implementation, configuration and customization, having a strong focus on data and process security;
  • Stay current with ServiceNow updates and new features, recommending process improvements where applicable.

Requisitos e qualificações

Qualifications:


  • ServiceNow development experience;
  • Previous implementations and/or customizations of ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, HAM, FSM and SOM;
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow domain separation and security;
  • Strong background in software development with experience with Client callable and Server-side scripts. Mandatory experience with Javascript (especially with the Rhino JavaScript engine), Angular JS, JQuery, node.js, HTML/CSS, Apache Jelly and Groovy;
  • Expertise in development of service portal widgets and complex flows;
  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (especially Creator Studio and App Engine Studio) and integration tools;
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, REST APIs, and data structures;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment;
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Integration Hub and/or ServiceNow certifications is a plus.

About the Employment Contract:
